The room with almost complete amenities.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The room was spacious and huge with a kitchen area and Wi-Fi.

Very comfortable experience there. Clean affordable hotel with very, very nice staff. Ideal and favourable location, near all attractions. A wide array of outstanding food for meals.

We had a pleasant experience. This affordable hotel was an interesting place for short stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable and check in was early.

The location was nice to have, situated in a neighborhood where the old rich established their antiquated mansions rich with timeworn charm, all moldy and moth-eaten but resonating with character. The waiting area exuded a cozy atmosphere, and it was conveniently near LRT 2 Gilmore station.

The room had a persistent moldy smell, which was quite unpleasant.

Hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Room was big enough to accommodate a couple with a little kid. Complete kitchen and bathroom facilities. TIP: Ask the front desk to bring up the newspaper, clothes iron and hair dryer (they're free but you wouldn't know because they won't give them to you unless you specifically ask).

Place was very difficult to find because the streets are one-way. If riding a taxi, tell the driver to bring you to Mt. Carmel church. It's almost directly opposite the hotel.

Staff is friendly, Metro station, markets are near the hotel, there are kitchen in the room.

There are bad air-conditioner (old device and very noisily) and insect, in the room.

The room was big size and brand-new with almost complete amenities, I felt comfortable there. Location: the hotel was next to robinsons magnolia as well as close to the mall.

The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms that could accommodate a large group. The facilities provided everything needed for a comfortable stay, except for a stove and cooking equipment. The location was excellent, right in the city center and close to shopping needs. It was also conveniently located near the LRT2 station, making transportation easy. Additionally, the hotel was very near the Carmel church, perfect for those who wanted to attend mass regularly.

Everything was spot on.

Stay again: yes Broadway Court (BC) is hard to find because it is set back in the trees along a heavily forested street, and you have to be directly in front of BC to see it. BC is between the Petron gas station and the huge Mt Carmel Church. BC is an old building, but almost everything works. Mostly Filipino families and people of all ages live here. Upon arrival and seeing the place for the first time, I thought there might be mosquitoes and insects inside my apartment but there were none. It was very quiet and secluded away from the congestion and pollution of Manila. Although the staff do not do things like promptly give you an official receipt once you pay the money, they are very polite and do get the job done.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the fact that the rooms were well-insulated against noise.

the rooms were brand-new and cheap, included a kitchen area, wifi and a living room. the staff was exceptional and pleasant, offered superb services. the breakfast was savoury and tasty, the check in was early. could use their free parking. location: the hotel was right by the metro, and close to 7/11. we stopped by cookbook cafe for coffee and treats, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manila and had a fantastic experience. Firstly, the hotel's location on a one-way street made it very tranquil and safe. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, including a kitchenette with ample cupboard space for cooking meals. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the rooms being partitioned by a cabinet on the second floor, providing extra privacy. Finally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were excellent.

The room with 2 beds. The jewel in the crown was outstandingly accommodating and brilliantly friendly staff.
